For the latest program click here. As a speaker, please arrive at the meeting room at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Speakers should sit in the front row for a smooth transition from one talk to another.

In compliance with the EACCME (European accreditation) requirements, all speakers are requested to include a disclosure slide at the beginning of their presentation. In this slide, you can mention whether you have a potential conflict of interest to report and explain how it has been resolved. PLease click here for an example of a disclosure slide.

A conflict of interest is any situation in which a speaker or immediate family members have interests, and those may cause a conflict with the current presentation. Conflicts of interest do not preclude the delivery of the talk, but should be explicitly declared. These may include financial interests (eg. owning stocks of a related company, having received honoraria, consultancy fees), research interests (research support by grants or otherwise), organizational interests and gifts. If you have nothing to disclose, please state “I have no commercial disclosure” instead of the table.

• Please bring your presentation on a USB stick and set the aspect ratio of your PowerPoint at 16:9.
• As a reference for participants, we would like to receive your PowerPoint Presentation. Please send it to registrations@congresscare.com before Monday, 30 September.

Regardless of the session in which you will be presenting, we ask you to bring your presentation as soon as possible (but at least 1 hour before the start of your session) to the technical staff located at the back of the auditorium (the plenary meeting room).
