First of all many thanks for your commitment to moderate a session during Educational Course 2024.

Your contribution as moderator is important to ensure a smooth session with a lively discussion. Part of your task as moderator will be:

• Introduction of the speakers
• Coordinate the Q&A after each lecture.
• To ensure the session is on track

We kindly ask you to arrive at the assigned meeting room 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet your co-moderator and speakers. Speakers should take place in the front row seats to allow smooth transition from one talk to another.

Speakers will have uploaded their presentation in advance via the technical support. All sessions will be supported by AV technicians, located at the back of the meeting room.

You will receive more practical information no later than one week before the start of the Educational Course 2024.
