Group registration
Are you planning to register multiple participants for the EBA 2025? Please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com. The organization provides you with a separate registration link to register your participants.

Payment
Only by means of an (online) payment.

Cancellation terms
If your written cancellation is received before July 14, 2025, a refund will be made after a deduction of 30% administration costs. After this date, your registration is binding, and the costs are due in full. Transferring your registration to a colleague is still an option. Please contact the conference secretariat for this.

Please note: you are not eligible for a refund for any travel and accommodation expenses you make with parties outside Congress Care.
